Habitat Furnishings Return Policy
Our 365 Day return period gives you the opportunity to try our mattresses for one full year to make sure it works for you. Buying a mattress online takes a leap of faith, and we respect and understand that.
You can return your mattress within 365 days (90 days for the Latex Hybrid) from the date your mattress was delivered, for a full refund, no questions asked. There is a $75 return ship charge that is deducted from your refund. Your refund is paid by check, and usually takes about 10-12 days after your mattress has been picked up.
Any free gifts received with your mattress need to be returned at your expense, in new, unopened condition. Should you decide to keep any free gifts received with your mattress, a $99 accessories fee will be deducted from your refund.
Specific Instructions For Returning A Habitat Air Bed Mattress
If you decide to return a Habitat Air Bed mattress within the 365 Day Trial period, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. Our Habitat Air Bed foundations are not returnable due to freight costs. You can simply use the foundation for any future mattress you purchase, and save the cost of a new set. Once components have been returned to our facility, credit will be issued via refund check. You will be refunded the full amount you paid less the $75 return fee.
Returning A Habitat Natural Latex Mattress (365 Day Trial), Regal Tranquility (365 Day Trial), And Titan Mattresses (365 Day Trial) And Hybrid Mattress (90 Day Trial)
To return our Habitat Natural Latex mattresses, Hybrid mattress, Titan Latex mattresses or Regal Tranquility mattress you must first fold the mattress length wise (like a hot dog bun) and wrap in plastic drop cloth, plastic sheeting, or similar material and thoroughly tape so that the mattress remains folded in half and can be easily handled by our nationwide removal service company.
Email us at email@example.com, include your name, the best day of the week for the pickup and if you prefer a morning or afternoon appointment. Once your mattress has been removed your credit will then be processed and a refund check for the amount of purchase less $75 will be issued.
From the day you have the mattress picked up the typical turnaround time to receive a rebate check for your purchase (we do not credit back credit cards, since the available time frame to credit your card back typically expires by the time most customers return their mattress) is typically 10 business days.
If we have shipped a mattress to you in either Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, additional outgoing shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
There are no restocking fees nor do we charge any other additional fees. We believe so strongly in our products, and have such a low rate of return on our mattresses, that we back it up with a trial period that gives you the opportunity to evaluate it over a good length of time.
Return Policy Details On Adjustable Base Systems, Bed Support Bases, and EZ Sleep Foundations
Our Leggett and Platt S-Cape® Adjustable base systems are not returnable or exchangeable.
Bed support bases, of any kind, including the Euro Base, EZ Sleep Foundations, and S-Cape Adjustable Bases are also not returnable or exchangeable.
Natural Latex Pillows and Topper Pads
Our Natural Latex Pillows and Topper Pads are not returnable or exchangeable.
Mattress Protectors, Sheets and Silk Comforters
Our Mattress Protectors, Sheets and Silk Comforters are not returnable or exchangeable.
Return Policy Details On Component Parts, Pieces, Or Separate Items Not Associated With A Comfort Return Or Trial Period
Individual replacement parts or components that are purchased to repair, refurbish, or rebuild either our own proprietary bedding systems or used for any other purpose are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable, for any reason.
