"We ordered our Ascend Air Bed from Habitat on Monday May 19th. It arrived on Friday May 23rd, it only took 5 days!! :) The delivery company was professional, they called ahead and although my son helped - I'm pretty sure he could have carried the boxes himself. The installation instructions were easy to follow and it took less than an hour to put together. One of our air bladders had a manufacturers defect that could not have been found without someone putting pressure on the bed over time. We left a message on Sunday and since Monday was Memorial Day, didn't expect a call until Tuesday. WELL, apparently the owner cares enough to check messages even on holidays! He called back and made arrangements to ship another air bladder as quickly as possible. Even the warehouse supervisor called to make sure we got our replacement and were satisfied. I highly recommend this company, the customer service is above and beyond!..."
