We start out with the same base layer of 6" Dunlop method Natural Latex, which offers the firm, resilient, supportive, yet yielding feel that we offer in our 6" and 8" models, but we top it off with a whopping 3" layer of 100% Natural Talalay Latex, known for it's velvety soft, plusher sensation. Our Sky Bed® is covered with the same cotton and wool blend exterior fabric that is used in our 6" and 8" models, meeting all Federal Flammability Codes without any sprayed on chemical fire retardants. And, like our 6" and biggest selling 8" model, the adhesive that we use to bond our 3" Talalay layer to the base layer of 6" slightly firmer Dunlop latex is our proprietary water based non-toxic, non-formaldehyde adhesive.
