Our return period gives you the opportunity to try our mattresses to make sure it works for you. Buying a mattress online takes a leap of faith, and we respect and understand that.
You can return your mattress in good and sanitary condition within 90 days from the date your mattress was delivered, for a refund, less $99. No unauthorized returns are allowed and returns must be received within 30 days after authorized return is issued. Return freight shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Your refund is paid by check, and usually takes about 10-14 days after all the components of the bed are returned.
Cancelling an Existing Order
If you have already placed an order for a mattress or any other product, and cancel the order after the items have shipped, you are responsible for the outbound and return ship charges to bring the products back to our loading dock. You will receive a full refund less the shipping expenses incurred by us.
Instructions For Returning A Habitat Air Bed Mattress
If you decide to return a Habitat Air Bed mattress within the trial period, please call 1-800-313-2591 for instructions. Once the mattress components have been returned to our facility, credit will be issued via refund check. You will be refunded the full amount you paid less the return freight shipping fees.
Reasons That Prevent The Return Of Your Mattress:
1. Liquid damage, stains, evidence of abuse, use of the mattress outside or in environments where there is not proper climate control.
2. Leaving mattress rolled up more than two weeks after receipt. Mattresses should be stored flat.
3. Failure to contact Habitat Furnishings via email by the end of your mattress trial period.
From the day we receive the mattress, the average time to receive a rebate check for your purchase (we do not credit back credit cards) is typically 10-14 business days.
If we have shipped a mattress to you in either Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada, additional outgoing shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
There are no restocking fees. We believe so strongly in our products, and have such a low rate of return on our mattresses, that we back it up with a trial period that gives you the opportunity to evaluate it over a good length of time.
