Your Habitat Ascend Digital Air Bed system takes about 7 days to arrive. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. The following day, your mattress is prepared for shipment and all of the components are carefully packaged inside of one box that measures 16x38x80. The box weighs 80-100 lbs depending upon the size you order. Within 2-3 days, FedEx freight will pick up your mattress from our factory dock in Baltimore, MD, and will be enroute to your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you when the mattress ships. It is important that you provide a good phone number on your order form because FedEx dispatch will call you personally to arrange a delivery time that works for you. We never drop a mattress off without proper notification. Once you have received your Habitat Ascend Mattress, move the box into your garage or an area where you can open the box or if necessary, carry the components into elevator and into your apartment if you are limited on space.

You can purchase our foundations by adding them to your cart. The foundations are shipped pre-assembled in the same size box as the mattress system. All mattress foundations are shipped as split units, including queen, king, and California King. You can set them side by side on a bed frame. Our foundations are made using sturdy and durable poplar and finished with a material that matches the Ascend fabric. the wooden frames are locally manufactured too, by a local Maryland Amish cooperative.
